Notes: Hexwar was made possible by a partnership with Decision Games, who currently holds the rights for the old SPI games. Hexwar took these classic wargames and turned them into PBEM computer games. Napoleon at War is available for free, their other games are charged for on a monthly subscription basis. Napoleon at Waterloo is part of the larger wargame Napoleon at War. They also offer several other wargames under the subscription fee - Blue & Gray, Cauldron, Crusader, Supercharge, Island War, Chippewa, The Thames, WWII Divisional. Seems like a nice innovative game, just wish the subscription fee for the rest was more reasonable and there was some AI.
